Double your IMPACT!

The Louis & Gloria Flanzer Philanthropic Trust was created to enhance the life of the people of the Suncoast through social services and healthcare initiatives. Their unique matching gift program hopes to “inspire locals across the Suncoast to make a difference in their communities through meaningful gifts to key nonprofit organizations that result in greater opportunities for those who need assistance the most.”

Gifts made through the Flanzer Trust to Healthy Teens will be matched $5 to $500 per household, per month, with a maximum match of $3,000 per household, to each organization (i.e., to Healthy Teens) every year.

  1. Click on the green “Double my Impact NOW” button below. 
  2. Click  “Donate Now” in the blue box.
  3. Add the amount you want to donate and whether you want to make it a recurring (monthly) donation. These are welcomed as they really help us sustain our mission into the long-term. Also type “Healthy Teens” in the box provided/requested, and any donor note you may want to include. Click “Continue“.
  4. On the next page, enter your contact information and then either click on the PayPal button (to donate directly via your own PayPal account), or add your debit/credit card and billing details

Monthly (regular) donations

$100 – uniforms for four Teen Health Educators

$250 – trauma-informed leadership training for three Teen Health Educators

$500 – recruit and train a Teen Health Educator

$1,000* – four peer education sessions with at-risk students

$2,500* – recruit and train five Teen Health Educators

*require monthly gifts of $500 in order to maximize the full gift through Flanzer. Monthly donations can be cancelled at any time via the Flanzer Trust.

$10/month – uniforms for four Teen Health Educators

$25/month – trauma-informed leadership development for three Teen Health Educators

$45/month – recruit and train a Teen Health Educator

$75/month – four peer education session with at-risk students

$100/month – recruit and train five Teen Health Educators
