Roughly one in three adolescents are impacted by bullying—a form of aggressive behavior in which someone intentionally and repeatedly causes another person injury or discomfort. Bullying can be verbal, social, physical, or done online in the form of cyberbullying and most commonly occurs at school. While regular bullying is still relatively common, cyber-bullying is even more prevalent in this age of technology. Within these lessons, we cover the basics of conflict resolution, knowing who to report bullying incidents too, and internet safety.
